It is essential to anticipate the process. Therefore, the first step is to register for the gov.br account, ensuring that it is at the silver or gold levels. This system, launched in 2019, unifies several federal services, acting as a virtual identification for Brazilians.

To avoid any unexpected issues when accessing the Desenrola platform, make sure you are registered on the gov.br website and have up-to-date certificates and data. This way, as soon as the program platform is operational, you will be able to start renegotiating. To create your account, follow the instructions:
- Registration platform: There are two alternatives to get started. You can choose the gov.br website or, for a more adaptable version, download the gov.br app (Android and iOS);
- Registration start: On the home screen, there will be a field named “All about the gov.br account”. Click to continue;
- Account Registration: After logging in, search for and click on “Register your gov.br account”;
- Adding CPF: You will be directed to a page to add your CPF. After completing, select “Continue”.

Aimed mainly at those who earn up to two minimum wages or are registered with CadÚnico, Desenrola Brasil proposes solutions for debts of up to R$5,000. These debts must have originated in January 2019 or, if after that date, be in debt by December 2022 and remain active until June 28, 2023.
