It is confirmed! The Federal Government ratified the addition of R$ 300 to the monthly Bolsa Família benefit. Those who are benefit holders will have the opportunity to increase the final amount, provided that they meet certain specific criteria.
The R$ 300 supplement to the monthly Bolsa Família benefit is the result of adding a R$ 150 bonus for up to two children per family, who are between zero and six years old.

This additional benefit has been implemented by the Federal Government since March, the month in which the renewal of Bolsa Família was formalized. The bonus was created to ensure child safety and education.
However, to qualify for the increase, the Bolsa Família holder, in addition to following the program's general guidelines, must be aware of other factors. To be entitled to an increase of up to R$ 300, children must demonstrate regular school attendance and keep their vaccination card up to date.
By complying with the rules established by the Ministry of Social Development (MDS), the beneficiary may receive a bonus of up to R$ 300 as early as May, provided they are already on the Bolsa Família payroll.
