Results in one month of the Desenrola Program
In the first month of the Desenrola Program, Caixa Econômica Federal negotiated R$1.5 billion in debts. According to data revealed on Wednesday night (16), Caixa agreed on more than 88 thousand contracts, benefiting around 70 thousand customers.
According to the bank, 92% of the agreements were settled in cash. The main debts settled involve credit cards, overdrafts and Direct Consumer Credit (CDC).

Aiming to reduce society's debt, Desenrola proposes a discount of up to 90% for debts paid off immediately. In addition, it offers the option of dividing the amount into up to 120 installments, with a 30-day term for payment of the down payment and the first monthly payment.
For real estate loans, Caixa establishes specific negotiation conditions, such as incorporation, partial settlement and use of the Severance Pay Fund (FGTS). Individually adapted, the proposals can be consulted in the Caixa Housing app.

Each negotiation proposal varies according to the contract in question and all details can be checked both on the Caixa Housing APP and on other bank communication channels.
