Citizens will have the support of six professionals on site and others working remotely. All of this is intended to make debt renegotiation simpler.
According to Clara Aguiar, a specialist who monitors the project's progress, the purpose of the vehicle is to show Serasa in a renewed way: an organization that helps Brazilians manage their finances.
The idea, therefore, is to provide services and tips on financial management, particularly for those with limited digital access or reservations about using the internet.
Next confirmed destinations

- August 29th – Sao Paulo/SP;
- September 5th – Campinas/SP;
- September 12th – Rio de Janeiro/RJ.
