Last Monday (23) 1,651 Minha Casa Minha Vida homes were delivered by the government. Thus, four states were included: Alagoas, Bahia, Espírito Santo and São Paulo.
The novelty of these properties program is that they will have libraries, which according to President Lula are intended to encourage children to read. Therefore, see how the distribution of properties in these states was.
Distribution of housing by state
The distribution of the new Minha Casa Minha Vida units was as follows:
- Aracruz, Espírito Santo: 537 units;
- Maceio, Alagoas: 384 units;
- Sao Vicente, Sao Paulo: 480 units;
- Santa Maria da Vitoria, Bahia: 250 units.
The investment in the project was very high, check when the government used it in each of the states respectively:
- R$ 37.5 million;
- R$ 59.6 million;
- R$ 30.7 million;
- R$ 18.4 million.
Where are the houses?
As mentioned before, the houses are located in four Brazilian states: Alagoas, Espírito Santo, São Paulo and Bahia. Therefore, see below where the houses are located. housing program in each of the locations:
Alagoas
The homes are located in Maceió, the state capital, in Residencial Mário Peixoto Costa I and II. There are two modules with 192 apartments each and the investment money comes from the FAR (Residential Leasing Fund). Therefore, Renan Filho, the Minister of Transport, was present at the handover of the keys to the residents.
Bahia
The properties in Bahia are located in Santa Maria da Vitória, and received investment from the FDS (Social Development Fund). Unlike in Alagoas, the homes in Bahia are 250 in the Alto do Paraíso Housing Complex. The person who attended the key handover ceremony was the Minister of the Civil House, Rui Costa.
Holy Spirit
The units are located in Aracruz, in Residencial Barra Riacho I to VI, and used investments from FAR. Therefore, in this city, the person who handed over the keys was Simone Tebet, Minister of Planning and Budget, last Monday.
São Paulo
The São Paulo properties are located in São Vicente, in the Tancredo Neves Residential Complex. The funds used for the apartments came from the FAR. The keys were handed over by Márcio França, Minister of Micro and Small Business Entrepreneurship.
