Interface
The Ministry of Finance reported that the launch of Desenrola for this vulnerable group took longer due to the development of the official app. This audience will need the app to negotiate with their creditors.
Even before launching the application, the Ministry announced some features that the software will have. See below.
- Download
Users must download the app from their respective app stores, which is available for both Android and iOS. The app is completely free.
- Registration
When accessing, the user will use their CPF to access their account, which will be linked to the gov.br portal. If you do not already have an account in the government system, you can create one immediately.
- Viewing debts
With the launch of the Desenrola app, citizens will be able to check all their outstanding debts. In addition, they will have the opportunity to see the discounts offered by creditors. The offer presented can be accepted or rejected.
- Debts up to R$ 100
The Government has assured that those with debts up to R$1,400 will have their situation regularized automatically. However, the debt still persists and can be negotiated on the app that will be launched in September.
- Pix Option
The app will provide a payment option via Pix. It is a viable alternative especially for those who wish to settle the debt in one go. However, there will also be the option to pay the amount in installments with interest of up to 1.99% per month.
- Beware of scams
Until the official launch, it is essential that interested parties avoid downloading any app that claims to be related to Desenrola. Recently, fraudsters have been using this pretext to deceive many citizens.

Focus on Track 1 of Desenrola
Currently, the federal government primarily serves the Desenrola Band 2, which is made up of citizens with a per capita income between two minimum wages and R$20,000. In this scenario, there is no need to use the app; direct contact with the financial institution is sufficient.
