BB renegotiated agreements for more than 264,000 of its clients, and Ativos SA did the same with 241,000 of its clients. The bank expanded the Desenrola conditions to include groups that do not fit exactly into Faixa 2, which began renegotiating on July 17. During a press conference, Tarciana Medeiros, president of BB, emphasized that Desenrola represents a significant milestone for the community. “Regularization brings dignity back to families,” she said.

Tarciana also mentioned that the bank used advanced data analysis techniques in the program. “We direct our action in Desenrola based on analytical intelligence,” she highlighted, adding that BB already integrates this technological approach in other operations. Among the renegotiations with BB clients, approximately 85 thousand are from Desenrola’s Band 2 and adjusted around R$725 million. More than 160 thousand individual clients and 19 thousand small and medium-sized companies renegotiated significant amounts thanks to the initiative.
