Find out who can currently participate in the program, for properties from R$190,000 to R$264,000. Read more
The Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program, managed by Caixa Econômica Federal, is accepting proposals for Faixa 1. Currently, construction companies and public entities must submit their proposals only through the Atender Habitação Portal.
This change has made the process faster and more environmentally friendly, with no need for paper. Despite the recent increase in property values, the change does not apply to the band that is currently accepting bids. Therefore, for Bands 1 and 2, the property price limits vary by location, between R$ 190,000 and R$ 264,000.

After registration, public entities select the available housing units. These entities then send the list of candidates to Caixa Econômica Federal, which verifies whether they meet the program's standards.
Caixa then analyzes the documentation of the projects of companies and public entities sent via the Housing Atender Portal. After that, an inspection of the land verifies compliance with the urban planning specifications.
