Bolsa Família payments began on October 18, meaning the week begins with payments to beneficiaries with NIS ending in 4. The new feature in October is that there is a new addition, the Nutriz Family Variable Benefit (BVN).
This new extra amount is aimed at mothers of babies up to six months old. The benefit amount is R$$ 50, to ensure the child's food. Check out the dates of this week's payments and see what other extra amounts Bolsa Família has.
October Calendar
It is important to highlight that the Bolsa Família and Gas Aid are the same, so the dates are valid for both. This month, the benefit that helps with the purchase of a 13kg gas cylinder will also be credited to the beneficiaries' accounts, since it is bimonthly and the last installment was in August. What are the additional values of Bolsa Família?
As said before, the month of October arrived with a new feature, the BVN, which is an additional amount of R$$ 50 for babies up to six months old. In October alone, around 287 thousand mothers will receive the benefit, which will cost R$$ 14 million according to government information.
This is not the only addition to the program, see the others:
- R$ 50 for children and adolescents aged 7 to 18;
- R$ 50 per pregnant or lactating woman.
- R$ 150 per child up to 6 years old.
