Amounts Receivable: how to request through the BC system

The Receivables System (SVR) is a service provided by the Central Bank. Through it, you can check whether there are any amounts receivable in your name. To make a query, simply access the page of the SVR.

In addition to simply checking for forgotten money, it is possible, in some cases, to make a withdrawal request directly through the BC system. To do this, however, you must log in to the page using your Gov.br account.

It is worth noting, however, that you need a silver or gold level account to use SVR. You can click here to learn more about Gov.br accounts.

Logging into the Accounts Receivable system

When you log in, you should look for the “My Amounts Receivable” option. This will allow you to consult data such as the exact amount in question, its origin and contact information for the institution that must return the amount.

If the system offers the option “Request here”, you can click on it to continue. Afterwards, you will need to enter a PIX code. Remember that the institution can return the funds by TED or DOC. The deposit must be made within 12 business days.

What to do if you are unable to redeem through the system

However, if this option is not available, you will need to get your money back in another way. You will need to contact the institution responsible for the payment directly. In this case, there is no obligation to return the amount within 12 business days.

Contact the financial institution by phone or email as provided in the details tab on the page. Arrange the return method with the institution.
