Did you know that you may have money forgotten in the bank that can still be recovered? Therefore, the Central Bank created the System of Receivables (SVR) with the aim of allowing citizens to make this inquiry through an official channel.
To use the SVR simply access the page of the BC and click on “Consulte direitos reservados”. All you will have to do is enter your CPF/CNPJ number and your date of birth. You can also search in the name of a deceased person.
If there are amounts to be received in your name, you must log in to the platform to obtain more information about said amount.

Logging into the Central Bank website
First, to log in, go back to the home page and instead of clicking on “Consulte direitos a receivable”, click on “Accesso o sistema de direitos a receivable”. You must use your Gov.br account to log in.

Gov.br is a Federal Government portal that allows access to a range of online services. Depending on your account level, the services covered vary. There are three levels: bronze, silver and gold. Basically, the gold level represents a higher level of security.
To access SVR you need an account that is at least silver level.
How to get your money back
The money withdrawal process varies. In some cases, you can provide a Pix key on the website so that you can receive the amount within 12 business days. In other cases, however, you may have to contact the debtor institution.
Contact information can be found on the platform after logging in. Other details, such as the exact amount, are also available on the website.
