The Federal Revenue Service launched the new stage of the Zero Litigation Program, which offers special conditions for regularizing outstanding debts with the tax authorities. The program aims to make life easier for defaulting taxpayers and reduce the number of administrative processes.

- Discounts: The program offers discounts of up to 100% on interest, fines and legal charges for those who pay in cash;
- Installments: The outstanding balance can be paid in up to 55 installments, with a down payment of 5%;
- Debt value reduction: For credits considered unrecoverable or difficult to recover, the debt value may be reduced by up to 65%.
Who can participate
- Individuals and legal entities: Defaulters with debts under administrative discussion at the Federal Revenue Service or the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF);
- Debts of up to R$60 million: For small-value administrative trials;
- Irrecoverable or difficult to recover debts: No limit on value.
How to participate
- Access the website from the Federal Revenue Service;
- Fill out the membership form: Enter your personal details and the administrative process number;
- Choose your payment method: Cash or installments
- Issue the Federal Revenue Collection Document (DARF): For payment in cash;
- Make the deposit payment: For payment in installments.
