How will Voa Brasil work?
As mentioned before, the program is aimed at INSS retirees and pensioners who earn up to R$6,800. Thus, Voa Brasil's idea is to make tickets available at R$200 through an application that is under development.
Furthermore, the platform is a partnership between the federal government and airlines. According to Márcio França, former Minister of Ports and Airports, the three largest airlines in Brazil (Azul, GOL and Latam) have already agreed to participate in the initiative.
Now, just wait for the launch of Voa Brasil to get tickets at cheaper prices.
Beware of scams
Even though Voa Brasil has not yet been launched, criminals are already taking advantage of the initiative to commit scams. So, it is good to be vigilant, as scammers contact you through messages, links and even phone calls.
In other words, the websites that are circulating in links and social networks are fake and end up stealing personal data and money from victims.
Therefore, the Ministry of Ports and Airports is not registering people or asking for money to participate in the program. This information is false and is a scam.
Furthermore, the ministry also highlighted, in a note, that once the program is in effect, the government will not contact people directly nor will it use intermediaries to make the registration available.
