Ponta Grossa families receive assistance from the state government
In total, 10 families from Ponta Grossa received the keys to their new homes this week. Construtora Pride designed Residencial Jardim das Araucárias, helping to make these individuals' dreams come true.

However, the delivery was only partial, considering that the apartments in this housing complex will house 44 families. Thus, the R$15,000 granted by the government will allow beneficiaries to cover the down payment on the properties.
In addition, the Paraná government allocated R$150,000 in aid for this housing program. The private sector, in turn, allocated approximately R$5.3 million for the construction of the residential complex.

This housing project in Paraná operates in collaboration with Caixa Econômica Federal and has the support of the Federal Government. In its initial phase, Casa Fácil Paraná invested almost R$480 million in the construction of 32,000 new housing units in the state.
Additionally, Governor Carlos Massa Ratinho Junior revealed that the program will undergo a new phase. In this phase, 40 thousand families from Paraná are expected to benefit from the government initiative. In fact, the amount of aid will increase, and those benefiting will receive R$1,400,000 from Casa Fácil Paraná.
