The Serasa Limpa Nome Fair is underway! There are more than 500 partner companies – including retailers, financial institutions, telecommunications companies and more – with promotions that offer discounts of up to 99% on the negotiation of your outstanding debts.

To participate in the offer festival, all you need to do is access the Serasa website. You can also do this through the official Serasa app (for Android and for iOS). If you do not have an account on the platform, register using your CPF.

Once you are logged in, you will be able to check all outstanding debts in your name and choose the agreement that suits you best. Then, select your preferred payment method (bank slip or Pix, when available) and pay the amount.

Questions about the Clean Name Fair

There are some questions that consumers may have about the fair. First of all, it is important to point out that “it is not possible to negotiate protests, bounced checks and bankruptcies”, as stated on the Serasa website.

As for payment methods, Serasa accepts boleto, Pix (if the partner company makes it available) and also your Serasa Digital Wallet balance. After closing an agreement, it will not be possible to change the determined payment method.

Serasa Fraud-Free Fair: find out what it's all about

Serasa has an option that helps you protect yourself from scams. To use the tool, go to the Serasa website or app and look for the “solutions” section. Then select the “validate payment method” option to continue.

You must then enter the code from the boleto or Pix. When the code is verified, it means that you can make the payment without any worries. If Serasa does not identify the number entered, it may be an attempted fraud.
