Meu INSS is the app from the National Institute of Social Security. This app has several important functions and allows taxpayers to check their social security benefits. This way, citizens do not need to go to a physical agency of the agency.
To access the portal, you must have a Gov.br account. This Federal Government platform also brings together a series of important information and services, including issuing guides, various requests and appointments.
To create an account on Gov.br, simply access that page. Look for the “Entrar com o gov.br” option at the top of the page and click on it. You must use your CPF number to register. Follow the instructions on the website to finish creating your profile.

Using the Meu INSS app
With your Gov.br account created, you can now access Meu INSS. Access can be done directly via the web via page from INSS or through the application itself (for Android or iOS). When logging in, enter your CPF and the access password created for your Gov.br account.
You will then be able to access your information in the app. Browse through the options and select the one you want. In addition to checking your benefits, you can also check the status of your requests and start requests directly through the app.

How to place orders through the app
To make a request using the Meu INSS app, you must look for the “New Request” option. This is one of the first options you will see on the screen. In the search bar, you can type what you are looking for (“Sickness Benefit”, for example).
Then you must follow the other instructions given by the application, entering any requested documents and other data. To contact the INSS to clarify any doubts, dial 135.
