Caixa Econômica Federal recently announced the granting of a R$900 scholarship, known as Bolsa Formação, aimed at public security agents throughout Brazil. This effort is part of a larger investment by the National Institute of Public Security, which aims to apply R$175 million to the program during 2024, benefiting approximately 100,000 professionals.

About the Caixa program

The program is comprehensive and includes military, civil and criminal police officers, firefighters, prison officers, criminal experts and municipal civil guards. Thus, the Training Grant of R$ 900 per month aims to assist these professionals in active service, providing additional financial support that can be used for professional development or other needs.

How does payment work?

Caixa Econômica Federal is responsible for crediting the amount of the Bolsa Formação directly into the beneficiaries' digital savings accounts. The accounts are opened automatically for those who do not have their own savings account, thus facilitating the receipt of the installments.
