The value of the benefit is 100% of the national average price of a 13kg gas cylinder and in October it reached R$ 106. The December installment should be an amount close to the last payment.
Vale destacar que em 2024 o cenário será outro, visto que o governo pagará somente a metade do valor da média nacional.

It is important to mention that the Gas Aid benefit follows the same dates as Family Allowance. So, it is expected that in December the dates will be as follows:
- NIS final 1 – December 11th.
- NIS final 2 – December 12th.
- NIS final 3 – December 13th.
- NIS final 4 – December 14th.
- NIS final 5 – December 15th.
- NIS final 6 – December 18th.
- NIS final 7 – December 19th.
- NIS final 8 – December 20;
- NIS final 9 – December 21;
- NIS final 0 – December 22.
Registration for Gas Aid 2024
Like other federal government benefits, Gas Aid has requirements for receiving the installments. Check out the rules for registering for the benefit in 2024:
- Be part of CadÚnico and have updated information;
- Have a monthly per capita income less than or equal to half the minimum wage.
Furthermore, it is worth highlighting that women who are victims of domestic violence or in a situation of protective measures are a priority for the program and can receive the installment.
