The Federal Government issued a statement warning the population about the Voa Brasil scam, on its news portal GOV.BR informs that the program has not yet been launched and does not require registration or charge for participation. Find out how the scam works.
How the scam works:
Initially, scammers use fraudulent websites, manipulated reports and sponsored ads on social media to claim that the program is already underway.
They then direct victims to a registration website, where they request personal information, such as their CPF and full name. They then generate a payment slip for payment within 30 minutes, covering taxes and fees for participation in the program.
