Find out how to receive up to R$ 1,320 from Banco do Brasil and Caixa if you fall into certain categories of Brazilians!
Banco do Brasil and Caixa Econômica Federal began releasing payments of up to one minimum wage (R$ 1,320), related to PIS/Pasep, starting in February for public- and private-sector workers. However, the disbursement of the final installment will take place in July.
The salary bonus benefits Brazilians who earn up to two minimum wages and meet the program's criteria. The amounts released this year refer to the 2021 base year, and the maximum amount is R$ 1,320, although the amount varies according to the number of months worked.

PIS and Pasep, although mentioned together, are intended for workers in different sectors. Caixa pays PIS to private-sector employees, while Banco do Brasil releases Pasep for public servants. Therefore, the payment schedule differs.
PIS in June: release dates by Caixa
PIS is paid according to the beneficiary's month of birth. Thus, in July, the last payment month of this year, those born in the following months receive PIS:
Born in November: July 17;
Born in December: July 17.
It is important to point out that beneficiaries whose birthdays are in earlier months have already received their payments, with two groups receiving the salary bonus each month.
Pasep in July: payment dates through Banco do Brasil

Pasep payments are based on the last number of the benefit. For July, the following beneficiaries should receive payment:
Final number 8: July 17;
Final number 9: July 17.
Like PIS, Pasep beneficiaries with final numbers before 8 and 9 have already received their payments in previous months.
PIS/Pasep amounts
PIS/Pasep amounts vary according to the number of months worked during the base year. The limit is equivalent to the current minimum wage, R$ 1,320, for those who worked throughout the year.
Therefore, the minimum amount corresponding to one month is R$ 110. To calculate how much you will receive, multiply R$ 110 by the number of months worked in 2021. In addition, it is possible to check the bonuses through the Carteira de Trabalho Digital app, available for Android and iOS.
