According to information from the Central Bank (BC), there is a total of almost R$ 7.3 billion waiting to be withdrawn through the Receivables System (SVR). Based on the information released on Monday (11), it can be seen that the largest share (R$ 5.85 billion) can be withdrawn by citizens. According to estimates, approximately 37 million Brazilians are in this situation. With regard to CNPJs, the amount reaches R$ 1.44 billion.

Thus, the BC highlighted that around 60% of citizens will probably have up to R$ 10 to recover through the system. Check the breakdown:
- Between R$ 0 and R$ 10: 62.74%;
- Between R$ 10.01 and R$ 100: 25.27%;
- Between R$ 100.01 and R$ 1,000: 10.21%;
- Above R$ 1,000.01: 1.77%.

- Visit the official SRV website and log in with your gov.br account;
- Select “My Receivable Amounts”;
- Read and agree to the Statement of Awareness;
- Check the details displayed;
- Click “Request here”;
Finally, if the platform does not display the desired option, you need to contact the bank in question directly to claim the amount awaiting you. In general, the period for refunding the amounts is up to 12 calendar days.
