Most of those included are taxpayers who do not belong to priority groups but benefited from the three previous windows. Notably, this list includes citizens who were caught in the tax net or corrected their returns after the batches were announced.
It is worth noting that the amount is credited to the account designated by the taxpayer when submitting the tax return. It is also possible to receive it via Pix, provided that the registered key is the CPF.
How can I check the 4th refund batch?
The Receita plans to enable the consultation on August 24. Usually, from 10 a.m. onward (as observed in previous batches), taxpayers can access and check their income tax refund status. Thus, on the Receita website, simply provide the CPF number, date of birth, and select the relevant tax year.
According to InfoMoney, the Receita advises that, upon completing the consultation, taxpayers pay attention to the message displayed. If they see a notice such as “credit sent to the bank,” it means they were entitled to the refund and the amount was sent for bank deposit.
