With a duration set at 12 months, Santander's program allows applicants to choose their area of work at the time of registration. In the trainee position, they will work on various projects, according to the needs of each business segment.
Participants will have the advantage of receiving guidance and mentoring from experienced leaders, as well as undergoing training focused on both technical competencies (hard skills) and interpersonal skills (soft skills).
In addition to the base salary of R$ 8,300, successful candidates will enjoy benefits such as performance-based bonuses, meal allowance, food allowance, transportation allowance, childcare/nanny assistance, medical and dental coverage, and the option to join a supplementary retirement plan.

Santander’s selection process will take place virtually, covering stages such as registration, profile analysis, group activities and/or interviews, and a final conversation. Therefore, applicants to the program must have completed their degree between December 2020 and December 2023, regardless of their field of study.
