Pepsico trainee program: eligibility criteria

The NextGen program is specifically aimed at individuals who identify as Black or mixed-race. In addition, candidates must have a higher education degree, having completed at least two years of technological, teaching, or bachelor's degree programs. It is important to note that the degree must have been completed by December 2021.
Another crucial point is that candidates need to be open to geographical and schedule changes, as the opportunities cover various regions of Brazil. The program is expected to begin in December 2023. The areas with open positions include:

How to participate?
The recruitment process involves four phases: online assessments, a group activity, a dialogue with leaders, and a final interview. Those selected will sign a two-year contract, with a chance of permanent employment, and will receive compensation of R$ 10,000.
