“We adopted a broader approach, also offering conditions for other segments, including micro and small businesses. We have always trusted in the effectiveness of Desenrola and have enthusiastically witnessed the market’s engagement in this initiative, seeking to ensure financial dignity for millions of Brazilians,” declared Tarciana Medeiros, president of BB, in a statement.
Banco do Brasil’s Advances in the Desenrola Brasil Program
BB made creditor registration for the Program and the procedure for validating outstanding debts available on the website https://credor.negociedigital.com.br. Interested parties must register by September 9, as informed by the bank. The renegotiation of these debts is expected to take place at the end of September.
Those who can register in Tier 1 as creditors are private entities that reported delinquent debts to credit bureaus from the beginning of 2019 until the end of 2022, provided that the negative listing remained in place until June 27 of this year.
Since the beginning of the Desenrola Program in July, the BB Group has already renegotiated approximately 8.4 billion reais. Of this amount, Banco do Brasil was responsible for 7.86 billion reais, while Ativos S/A handled the remaining 554 million reais.
