Due to the existence of fraudulent websites posing as intermediaries for trusted entities, the BC instructs that the only safe way to check for and request the return of funds is through its official website.
This serves as the direct point of contact for the System of Receivables (SVR), a resource that makes it possible to check whether an individual or company has unclaimed funds in banks, consortia, or other financial entities.

To recover funds, follow the procedures below:
- Initially, the claimant must search for the funds using the CPF or CNPJ on the website specified by the BC;
- If there are funds to receive, it will be necessary to access the SVR using the gov.br account. However, the platform only grants access to the feature to silver- or gold-level accounts;
- Subsequently, the user must authenticate and follow the guidelines, providing Pix keys and personal information when requested;
- Finally, the system will display information about the amount, the debtor entity, and instructions for recovering the funds.
