Those interested in checking whether they have any outstanding amounts at banks simply need to perform a free check on the SVR website. The platform will indicate whether you left any amount, the specific sum, and the entity holding it. Additionally, it is possible to request withdrawal of this amount.
How can I find out if I have amounts to receive?
Checks must be carried out directly on the valoresareceber.bcb.gov.br website, which is integrated with the Central Bank portal. Once on the page, click “Check Amounts to Receive”. Then, provide personal information, such as your CPF and date of birth.
The system, in turn, will reveal whether or not there are outstanding amounts. If it detects an amount, simply follow the instructions to withdraw it. However, you will need to have a gov.br account with a silver or gold security level to validate your identity.

If you have amounts to receive, you must provide a Pix key. The financial institution will then transfer the funds to the indicated account within a maximum of 12 business days.
For those who do not have a Pix key, the alternative is to contact the institution holding the amount directly. In this case, the transfer process may exceed the 12-business-day period.
