Caixa Tem transfers Bolsa Família, and some beneficiaries receive more than a thousand reais. Find out why.
This week, Caixa Tem began transferring the Bolsa Família amount. Therefore, several individuals have seen a Pix of more than R$1,000 coming from Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF). This amount reaches this figure because the Ministry of Social Development (MDS) uses certain criteria to determine the Bolsa Família amount.
Thus, one of these criteria establishes that each member of the benefited family receives R$142. Taking only this criterion into consideration, a family with 7 members receives R$142,994 through Bolsa Família. Additionally, there are other benefits that are added to the balance in Caixa Tem (Android, iOS).

Likewise, the amount corresponding to the Gas Aid, transferred bimonthly, also comes from the federal institution. Thus, when certain requirements are met and the amount of the Gas Aid is added, the total value of the Bolsa Família may exceed one thousand reais.
Illustrating with an example of a family that receives more than a thousand reais in Bolsa Família:
As mentioned, a family of seven members should receive R$1,994 from Bolsa Família, since this month's Gas Aid was established at R$1,06. Thus, the total sum is R$1,100 in benefits in the social account.
If, within this family, one of the seven members is between the ages of 7 and 18 or is pregnant, an additional R$ 50, from the Family Variable Benefit, is added. Assuming that, in addition, there are two children under the age of six, the amount reaches R$ 1,450.
This is because each child of this age has an additional R$ 150 from the MDS, totaling an extra R$ 300. Furthermore, to ensure continued receipt, it is crucial to comply with the regulations stipulated by the government.
