The program focuses on those who are in the process of completing or have already completed their higher education in the humanities, exact sciences, or biological sciences. In addition, participation is open to candidates from all regions of Brazil. Keep reading for more details.
Trainee opportunities at Itaú

With a total duration of 18 months, Itaú’s trainee program divides participants into two specific tracks: Retail Business and Wholesale Business. These tracks will allow talents to develop various skills through training and rotations across different departments.
Therefore, applicants must have completed their higher education between December 2021 and December 2024. The working day is 8 hours per day, based in São Paulo (SP). However, the work arrangement will be hybrid.
The salary offered to selected trainees is R$ 8.5 thousand. For those from other states or living more than 100 km from São Paulo, Itaú grants a bonus equivalent to one month’s salary to assist with relocation during the first month of the program.

Those who wish to register for Itaú’s trainee program must do so through the bank’s official website. The last day to complete the application is September 4. In addition, the selection process will consist of 4 stages, all conducted virtually.
Applicants will face aptitude tests and behavioral assessments. However, the Wholesale Banking track will require an English test. Thus, the stages will continue in October, and the decisive interviews are scheduled for November.
