The first step is for the customer to choose to settle their debts with the bank or fintech. After that, they must register on the promotion's official website. Thus, with each agreement signed, a raffle code is generated. With this, they will be entered into a draw for the proposed prizes.

As mentioned, regularization can occur directly with the institution or through the Desenrola tool. This current stage of the program serves those who earn up to 2 minimum wages (R$ 2,640) or who are registered in the Federal Government's Single Registry (CadÚnico).

However, in addition to these specifications, the client must have debts that do not exceed R$5,000. Therefore, it is necessary to access the Desenrola website and have an account on the gov.br portal.
