A program that provides up to R$ 600 for students is expanding its scope. This Monday (03), applications opened for the new 2023 “Mais Futuro” notice, aimed at higher education students.

The program seeks to support economically vulnerable students from Bahia, with the goal of facilitating their education and subsequent entry into the job market. According to forecasts, it is believed that at least 6 thousand more students will register for the program during this new phase.

Understand the “Mais Futuro” program
“Mais Futuro” aims to help students in Bahia complete their university studies. In this way, it benefits students regularly enrolled at UNEB, UESC, UESB and UEFS universities.
To be eligible for the aid, the student must be enrolled in a program. In addition, their socioeconomic vulnerability must be proven through CadÚnico. Thus, the program aims to serve two specific groups:
- Students residing up to 100 km from the institution – R$ 300 in aid;
- Students residing more than 100 km from the institution – R$ 600.
How can students register?
Interested parties who meet the basic requirements to apply for the benefit can do so easily. They simply need to visit the official “Mais Futuro” website and follow the necessary procedures to register.
After approval, the student will receive a response within the period indicated during registration to receive the benefit. However, the registration details must be checked during the registration process.
Furthermore, throughout the course, students can also enroll in internships to supplement their income.
