How to access Desenrola Brasil via a Gov.br account?
It is essential to get ahead of the process. Therefore, the first step is to register for a gov.br account, ensuring that it is at the silver or gold level. This system, launched in 2019, brings together several federal services, serving as a virtual identification for Brazilians.
To avoid setbacks when accessing the Desenrola platform, make sure you are registered on the gov.br website and that your certificates and information are up to date. This way, as soon as the program platform is operational, you will be ready to begin renegotiating. To create your account, follow the instructions:
- Registration platform: There are two alternatives to get started. You can choose the gov.br website or, for a more adaptable version, download the gov.br app (Android and iOS);
- Start of registration: On the home screen, there will be a field named “Everything about the gov.br account”. Click to continue;
- Account Registration: After accessing it, find and click “Register your gov.br account”;
- Adding CPF: You will be directed to a page to add your CPF. After completing it, select “Continue”.

Understand the Program's current phase
Primarily intended for those who receive up to two minimum wages or are registered with CadÚnico, Desenrola Brasil proposes solutions for debts of up to R$ 5,000. These debts must have originated in January 2019 or, if after that date, have been reported to credit bureaus by December 2022 and remained active until June 28, 2023.
As a final note, consider this vital detail: the maximum renegotiable debt is R$ 5,000. Therefore, if your debt exceeds this amount, the program allows you to negotiate one portion in installments and pay the remainder upfront.
