Many people are unaware, however, that as of this Wednesday (25), the INSS will add R$ 330.00 to payments.
On Wednesday (25), the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) will begin making payments corresponding to the month of October. Thus, until the end of this month, only those who are entitled to up to a minimum wage (R$ 1,320.00) will receive the benefit from the institute, also counting on disability retirement.

Therefore, for this retirement category, the INSS grants an additional amount of R$$ 330.00 for those who need assistance with daily tasks, such as getting dressed, bathing and eating. Thus, the extra amount represents R$25% of the total benefit, resulting in payments of R$1,650.00. See more information!
After all, who qualifies for the INSS extra?
Therefore, the INSS supplement is intended for those who are in the following situations:
- Vision completely compromised;
- Serious mental changes;
- Need to remain bedridden continuously;
- Total immobility of arms and legs;
- Loss of one hand and both feet;
- Amputation of an arm and/or a leg;
- Absence of both legs.
Furthermore, if the beneficiary has a condition not listed above, but requires support for daily tasks, he/she can seek this additional amount through the courts.

Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that payments for those earning at least the minimum wage begin on the 25th. For those earning higher amounts, deposits begin on November 1st.
