According to a recent survey conducted by Onze, fintech Specialized in financial management and corporate private pension plans, around 50% of Brazilian workers consider the offer of a financial management program to be crucial among the benefits provided by companies when accepting a job offer.
The details of the survey on corporate benefits
The research entitled “Financial Health Radar“, sought to understand the perception of Human Resources professionals and workers regarding the importance of financial management programs as a corporate benefit. Onze interviewed 3,671 HR professionals and 3,485 workers throughout Brazil.
The study showed that adherence to companies that offer corporate benefits is higher compared to those that do not. One example is private pension plans, in which 81% of the workers in these companies said they were satisfied. In contrast, 13% said they were dissatisfied and 6% remained neutral.
Professionals are willing to change jobs in search of financial benefits
When asked about the offer of financial corporate benefits, 78% of the interviewees stated that they would be willing to change jobs for a company that cared more about their financial health.
Additionally, 87% stated that their companies have not recently conducted any surveys of corporate benefit preferences.
Greater interest in comprehensive financial management programs
According to the survey, around 48% of workers are more interested in a complete financial management program offered by companies. Meanwhile, 28.3% prefer private pension plans and 20.17% place more value on financial health.
Final considerations and future expectations
Although 90% of HR professionals consider the inclusion of financial benefits as a priority in employee care, only 91% of these companies expect to adopt them by 2024.
Ranses Bonora, commercial director at Onze, says that companies' choice of corporate benefits needs to take into account the most offered and desired financial benefits in the current market.
