Do you have an Elo card? If so, then there is a platform full of benefits for you: Elo Flex. This platform allows you to customize the benefits of your eligible card, exchanging those you don't use for others.
According to information published by Elo, the eligible cards are the following: Elo Mais, Elo Grafite, Elo Nanquim, Elo Nanquim Diners Club and Elo Diners Club. To make changes to benefits, first of all, you need to log in on the Elo website.

Registering on the Elo website
To enjoy the benefits of being an Elo customer, you will need to access your account on the platform. If you don't have one yet, click here to register. You will then need to fill in some fields on a form.
You will need to provide your name, date of birth, CPF, cell phone number and email address. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click “Continue” at the bottom of the page. Once you have created your profile, access the “Meu Elo” tab and select the card you want to customize.
What benefits can I customize in Elo Flex?
As Elo explains, the number of benefits that each customer can customize depends on the type of card. You can also find this information in the “My Elo” tab. However, there are some fixed benefits. These fixed benefits are available for use on your card, but you cannot exchange them for others.
It is also worth noting that it is only possible to modify the benefits, but not to increase them. Elo explains that it is necessary to respect the number of benefits contracted for your card.
