The Federal Government will provide 100,000 qualification scholarships, each worth R$ 900. This assistance is part of a program aimed at training Public Security professionals throughout the country.

Therefore, Bolsa Formação, part of the National Public Security Program with Citizenship (Pronasci 2), ensures the granting of this assistance. See below how these professionals will be trained.
Assistance Will Contribute to the Training of Public Security Agents
The dissemination and implementation of the scholarships are being carried out by the Ministry of Justice and Public Security. At the ceremony formalizing the project, Minister Flávio Dino stated that the scholarship would encourage agents not only financially, but also in moral and ethical aspects.
Thus, according to Agência Brasil, the beneficiaries will be military, civil, and criminal police officers, military firefighters, members of official criminal forensics agencies, and municipal guards from the states participating in the initiative.
According to the ministry, the training sessions are based on the principles of Pronasci 2. In addition, the expectation is that the qualification provided will promote the intensification of collaborations between the federal, state, and municipal levels.

The National Public Security with Citizenship Program has as its main goal improving the sector through strategic pillars. These include preventing and combating violence against women, fighting structural racism, and implementing public policies in areas with high rates of violence.
