When you subscribe to the service, you can add up to four family members at no additional charge. As PagBank states on its official page, you can register your parents, partner, children/stepchildren up to 21 years old and parents-in-law as dependents.

How PagBank Saúde works
By signing up for PagBank Saúde, you get offers of up to 70% off laboratory tests at the main laboratory networks in Brazil. You can also purchase a surgical package with options for undergoing procedures at renowned hospitals and clinics.
The service is specialized, and there is no limit on consultations. As for medications, you can get up to 20% off by paying with your PagBank Saúde virtual card at one of the accredited pharmacies (12,000).

How to sign up
First of all, you must access the PagBank Super App (Android or iOS) and enter the Products and Services section, then click on Insurance. Next, select the PagBank Saúde option. At this point, you must choose which plan you want to purchase.
Finally, simply confirm the transaction to finish. There is no waiting period for scheduling appointments or exams. In other words, you can schedule them as soon as your registration is complete. When it comes to purchasing medications, however, you must wait 24 hours after signing up.
