To be eligible for the benefit, a per capita family income below R$ 218 per month and registration with CadÚnico (the Federal Government’s Single Registry for Social Assistance Programs) are required.

October Bolsa Família payments include bonuses and an additional amount
A large proportion of Bolsa Família beneficiaries received good news with the October payment. First, it is worth noting that the program guarantees a payment of at least R$ 142 per family member or R$ 600 for the entire family.
However, the government authorized the payment of several bonuses. As a result, beneficiaries can receive an increase of up to R$ 150 in their payment, varying according to the family's composition. See the criteria:
- Pregnant and breastfeeding women receive a bonus of R$ 50;
- Children and adolescents aged 7 to 18 also receive a bonus of R$ 50;
- Children up to 6 years old receive a bonus of R$ 150.
In addition, it is essential to update CadÚnico to guarantee the bonuses, since this registration allows the government to identify eligible families.
Additionally, this month, many will also receive Auxílio Gás, paid bimonthly to help with the purchase of cooking gas. Thus, a new payment cycle is underway.
In this context, those enrolled in both programs will receive an additional payment this October.

Many people are still unaware, but the bank allows withdrawals without a card at ATMs. The only requirement is to access Caixa Tem. See how:
- Access Caixa Tem;
- Select “cardless withdrawal”;
- Choose “generate withdrawal code”;
- Generate the code;
- Enter the app password and view the generated code.
With the code in hand, the beneficiary has 2 hours to make the withdrawal at an ATM by selecting “cardless withdrawal”. It is worth remembering that the code expires after this period. Therefore, it is advisable to generate it when you are on your way or already at the branch.
