Payments of the 13th salary, made by the National Social Security Institute (INSS), continue this Thursday (06). In this annual cycle, the Federal Government decided to bring forward the release of the extra amount to the first half of the year. Now, more than 30 million beneficiaries can benefit from the additional payment provided by the institution.

On this day, several groups receive the second installment. It is crucial to note that the amount comes with the deduction of Income Tax. Following the schedule, beneficiaries are divided into two categories: those who receive one minimum wage (R$ 1,320) and those who earn more than the national minimum wage.

However, it is essential to emphasize that not all beneficiaries linked to the INSS receive the 13th salary. The additional payment is intended for Brazilians who receive certain social security benefits. Citizens who receive BPC (Continuous Cash Benefit), for example, are not entitled to the installment.
INSS 13th salary payment schedule
This Thursday, both categories of beneficiaries receive the INSS 13th salary. Check the schedule below.
Policyholders who earn more than R$ 1.320
Policyholders who receive more than R$ 1.320 should follow the indicated dates:
- Final no. 1 and 6: July 03;
- Final no. 2 and 7: July 04;
- Final no. 3 and 8: July 05;
- Final no. 4 and 9: July 06;
- Final no. 5 and 0: July 07.
Policyholders who earn R$ 1.320
For Brazilians entitled to a minimum wage, the schedule is as follows:
- Final number 1: June 26;
- Final number 2: June 27;
- Final number 3: June 28;
- Final number 4: June 29;
- Final number 5: June 30;
- Final number 6: July 3;
- Final number 7: July 4;
- Final number 8: July 5;
- Final number 9: July 6;
- Final number 0: July 7.
INSS 13th salary: Who qualifies?
INSS policyholders who qualify for the 13th salary payment are those linked to the following benefits:
- Retirement benefits;
- Accident benefit;
- Imprisonment allowance;
- Temporary incapacity allowance;
- Survivor's pension.
