Renewal of digital channels for an optimized experience

With the intention of providing an even more enhanced user experience, Caixa redesigned its main applications, such as CAIXA (Available on iOS and Android) and CAIXA Tem (Available on iOS and Android).

The improvements include a more contemporary design and enhancements to user journeys, based on suggestions from customers and employees. The goal is to facilitate everyday operations such as sending Pix, making investments, and paying bills, making them faster and more intuitive.

Mobile units and closer ties with the public sector

In addition to branches and lottery outlets, Caixa also provides mobile service units, including trucks that travel across the country and boat branches in specific areas. These units offer banking services and social benefits in various regions of Brazil. Furthermore, as part of the modernization of its service channels, the bank inaugurated an Automated Mobile Unit in Salvador.

Another important initiative by Caixa is the establishment of City and State Rooms, spaces dedicated to strengthening relations with municipal and state administrators. These rooms provide technical assistance, meetings, contract signing, and training for local governments.
