Bolsa Família is the main program income redistribution program for families in situations of social vulnerability. Thus, the October payment schedule is already available to beneficiaries.
Some families should receive the benefit amount soon, still this week. In addition, Auxílio Gás should also be paid on the same day, since it is a bimonthly benefit and follows the same schedule as Bolsa Família.
Who receives Bolsa Família on Wednesday?
As mentioned before, the October schedule is already available, and starting Wednesday (18), families whose NIS ends in 1 should receive the amount. Therefore, see the complete schedule for October below:
- NIS ending in 1 – October 18;
- NIS ending in 2 – October 19;
- NIS ending in 3 – October 20;
- NIS ending in 4 – October 23;
- NIS ending in 5 – October 24;
- NIS ending in 6 – October 25;
- NIS ending in 7 – October 26;
- NIS ending in 8 – October 27;
- NIS ending in 9 – October 30;
- Final NIS 0 – October 31.
Conditions for receiving Bolsa Família
Bolsa Família has some requirements, such as school attendance for children and adolescents aged 4 to 17 and prenatal care for pregnant women. Other requirements include nutritional monitoring of children up to 7 years old and keeping vaccinations up to date.
Therefore, if you meet these requirements, you will have access to the social program's monthly payments.
October Auxílio Gás
The Gas Aid will follow the Bolsa Família schedule and begin payments next Wednesday (18). It is important to note that currently the benefit amount covers 100% of the average price of a 13 kg gas cylinder, but it may vary according to the city where each Brazilian lives.
In addition, the following may receive the payments:
- People registered with CadÚnico;
- Families whose members include people who receive BPC (Continuous Cash Benefit);
- Families with a per capita income less than or equal to half the minimum wage.
