- Official identification document with a photo and the applicant’s CPF;
- Family members’ documents;
- Current proof of residence;
- Medical report proving the disability, if applicable;
- Family income statement, in the absence of formal proof;
- Other documents demonstrating a situation of social vulnerability.

BPC beneficiaries may access payroll-deductible loans
The BPC ensures a monthly minimum wage for elderly people and people with disabilities who are unable to provide for their own support. Additionally, besides the monthly benefit, the beneficiary may have access to facilitated credit through a payroll-deducted loan.
The BPC loan is a type of personal credit guaranteed by the social assistance benefit. This means that the bank is guaranteed to receive the installment payments, as they are automatically deducted from the monthly benefit amount.
Therefore, due to this guarantee, the BPC loan offers some advantages over other forms of credit, such as:
- Lower interest rates;
- Longer repayment terms;
- Easier approval;
- No consultation with SPC or Serasa.
According to legislation, BPC beneficiaries may have a payroll-deductible margin of 35%, with 30% for the loan and 5% for the payroll-deducted credit card. In addition, it is possible to divide the amount into up to 84 installments with payroll deductions.
