Even though today is not a business day, some Bolsa Família participants can already access the balance in their digital account.
As a rule, the Bolsa Família program always makes payments during the last 10 business days of the month. Far from being recent, this practice has existed since the implementation of the income transfer project. However, many people are unaware that there are exceptions to this rule, allowing certain groups to receive the balance early.

Bolsa Família payments for the month of July, for example, began on the 18th. As in previous months, the beneficiary must refer to the last digit of their Social Identification Number (NIS) to determine when they will receive the balance in their account.
The schedule is as follows:
- Participants with NIS ending in 1: July 18 (Tuesday);
- Participants with NIS ending in 2: July 19 (Wednesday);
- Participants with NIS ending in 3: July 20 (Thursday);
- Participants with NIS ending in 4: July 21 (Friday);
- Participants with NIS ending in 5: July 24 (Monday);
- Participants with NIS ending in 6: July 25 (Tuesday);
- Participants with NIS ending in 7: July 26 (Wednesday);
- Participants with NIS ending in 8: July 27 (Thursday);
- Participants with NIS ending in 9: July 28 (Friday);
- Participants with NIS ending in 0: July 31 (Monday).
And what is the exception?
As mentioned, some specific groups have the chance to receive the funds in advance, that is, before the date indicated on the calendar. According to the Ministry of Social Development, Family and the Fight Against Hunger, beneficiaries who usually receive the payment on Mondays may have access to the money on the immediately preceding Saturday.
Does it seem complicated? Let's look at an example. Next Monday (24), the federal government plans to make payments to citizens with NIS ending in 5. However, they may access the balance in their digital accounts as early as this Saturday (22).
The same logic applies to participants with NIS ending in 0. In this case, the government will officially make the payments on Monday (31), but the amounts for this group will be available for transactions as early as the previous Saturday, that is, July 29.
And how can you receive it in advance?
Bolsa Família beneficiaries who are officially scheduled to receive their balance on a Monday this July do not need to request the advance payment. The Ministry of Social Development informs that the money will be automatically advanced for this group.
This amount can be conveniently accessed from home. The money will be deposited into the same Caixa Tem account. Using the app, it is possible to pay bills, transfer balances to other banks, and even generate a code for withdrawals at ATMs, lottery outlets, and Caixa Aqui correspondents.
If preferred, the beneficiary can use an ATM and access the amount with the Bolsa Família card. People who received the former Auxílio Brasil card during the past year can also use this device to access their balances.
Is it mandatory to use Bolsa Família?

The Bolsa Família advance payment does not require all beneficiaries to access the program balance on the earlier date. Citizens may use the amount only after the regular payment date, as indicated in the calendar since the beginning of the year.
The only rule is that the transaction must be made within a period of up to 120 days, that is, four months, to prevent the money from being held. This period starts counting from the official payment date, not from the advance payment.

Updated data from the Ministry of Social Development reveals that more than 20 million people are receiving Bolsa Família this July. The average payment is R$ 684 per family.
