It is important to highlight that the fintech was one of the last to join the initiative. So far, more than one million customers with debts of up to R$ 100 have managed to normalize their situation. This action reflects the government’s commitment to ensuring that people with small debts do not face restrictions on their names.

According to Nubank, in tier 2 of the Desenrola program, debts may be renegotiated with discounts of up to 98%. The digital institution also details options for payment plans and the existence of various agreement formats, as published by O Globo.

To address debts with Nubank, the bank offers several communication channels. The main one is through the digital platform, either by chat or telephone lines. Additionally, the Acordo Certo and Serasa Limpa Nome platforms are also alternatives.

In all situations, the customer must communicate directly with the bank. Therefore, the government does not intervene in this dialogue. As the fintech indicates, the customer's name should be cleared within five business days after payment.
