A new R$ 2,500 benefit is being approved by the Rural Productive Activities Promotion program – Incluir Paraíba, of the governor of Paraíba, João Azevêdo (PSB)! It is worth emphasizing that the benefit will be aimed at low-income families who work in rural activities and live in rural areas.

In addition to the fixed benefit amount, beneficiaries may receive another R$ 1,000 for activities carried out by women and young people. Isn't that interesting?
The regulations for the Incluir Paraíba program were published this Tuesday (13) in the edition of the Official Gazette of Paraíba (DOE-PB).
Learn about the program that will grant a new R$ 2,500 benefit
As mentioned in the DOE-PB text, the approved program is aimed at “the implementation of productive projects, with special encouragement for activities carried out by women and young people in rural areas, whether agricultural or non-agricultural, combining them with an advisory process focused on emancipation and integration with other public policies”.
Therefore, eligible families are those involved in agricultural activities who are living in extreme poverty, with a monthly per capita income of up to R$ 168.00.
How can families participate?
To receive the new benefit, it is necessary to meet certain program requirements, such as:
- Be registered with the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico);
- Have an active Declaration of Eligibility for PRONAF-DAP;
- Be registered with the National Registry of Family Farming (CAF).
In addition, it is mandatory to request an enrollment agreement from the State Secretariat for Family Farming and Semi-Arid Development (SEAFDS), which will include the family’s project.

In 2022, more than 1,040 families benefited from the new R$ 2.5 thousand assistance, along with the additional benefits mentioned earlier. In addition to this amount, beneficiaries with ongoing rural projects will also receive:
- Tool set;
- Seeds; and
- Fruit tree seedlings.
