Is there a set period for Bolsa Família?

Does the Protection Rule have a duration?

This rule applies when a family registered in the program begins to have a per capita income above R$ 218 per month, but below R$ 660 per person.
In other words, the family increases its income but does not reach a per capita income exceeding half the minimum wage per member.

Under these circumstances, the family receives half the Bolsa Família amount and remains in the program for 2 years, as long as it does not exceed the limit of R$ 660 per member.
After two years, the program removes the family, just as it may remove them if their income exceeds half the minimum wage per member during that period.
