The study showed that engagement with companies offering corporate benefits is higher compared to those that do not. One example is private pension plans, with 81% of workers at these companies reporting that they were satisfied. In contrast, 13% said they were dissatisfied and 6% remained neutral.
Professionals are willing to change jobs in search of financial benefits
When asked about the provision of corporate financial benefits, 78% of respondents stated that they would be willing to change jobs for a company that cared more about their financial health.
Additionally, 87% stated that their companies had not recently conducted any survey on corporate benefit preferences.
Greater interest in comprehensive financial management programs
According to the survey, around 48% of workers have a greater interest in a comprehensive financial management program offered by companies. Meanwhile, 28.3% prefer private pensions and 20.17% place greater value on financial health.
Final considerations and future expectations
Although 90% of HR professionals consider the inclusion of financial benefits a priority in employee care, only 9% of these companies plan to adopt them by 2024.
Ranses Bonora, Onze’s commercial director, says that companies’ choice of corporate benefits needs to take into account the financial benefits most offered and desired in today’s market.
