The Continuous Cash Benefit (BPC) is more than financial support for older adults and people with disabilities. In addition to the monthly assistance, BPC beneficiaries have access to additional benefits offered by the Federal Government.
One of these benefits is exemption from paying installments on properties acquired through the Minha Casa, Minha Vida housing program. Thus, this exemption is significant assistance, making life easier for beneficiaries and providing greater security and stability.

These additional BPC benefits are not limited to new Minha Casa, Minha Vida contracts. They also extend to previous contracts, broadening the scope of this benefit. In addition, the measure includes those enrolled in Bolsa Família, demonstrating the government’s commitment to supporting low-income families. These initiatives are essential to ensuring decent and affordable housing for the most vulnerable.

Exemption from Minha Casa, Minha Vida payments for BPC beneficiaries
Exemption from installments in the program Minha Casa, Minha Vida for BPC beneficiaries is an inclusive measure. However, it is important to note that this exemption applies only to properties subsidized by the FAR, FDS, and PNHR funds. This specification ensures that the benefit is directed toward those who need it most. Therefore, families eligible for this exemption will have the charges automatically suspended, with up to 180 days to regularize the contract.
Other benefits for beneficiaries
In addition to the exemption from property payments, BPC offers other benefits. For example, under Tier 1 of the housing program, individuals with an income of up to R$ 2,640 can reduce the number of installments from 120 to 60. This reduction is especially applicable to units contracted through the National Urban Housing Program. Thus, these additional measures reinforce the government's support for BPC beneficiaries, providing them with more opportunities and advantages.
