Gas Aid payments begin this week, after a month without the benefit, now families will receive the last installment of the year. Thus, those with NIS ending in 1 will receive it tomorrow (11).
It is worth noting that payments will be made on the same day as Bolsa Família. Therefore, see the complete calendar for this month below and find out the approximate value of the benefit.

December Calendar
As in other months, the Gas Aid payment will be made together with the installment of Family Allowance. So check the dates:
- NIS final 1 – December 11th.
- NIS final 2 – December 12th.
- NIS final 3 – December 13th.
- NIS final 4 – December 14th.
- NIS final 5 – December 15th.
- NIS final 6 – December 18th.
- NIS final 7 – December 19th.
- NIS final 8 – December 20;
- NIS final 9 – December 21;
- NIS final 0 – December 22.
Registration for Gas Aid 2024
Like other federal government benefits, Gas Aid has requirements for receiving the installments. Check out the rules for registering for the benefit in 2024:
- Be part of CadÚnico and have updated information;
- Have a monthly per capita income less than or equal to half the minimum wage.
It is worth noting that women who are victims of domestic violence or are under protective measures are a priority for the program and can receive the installment.
What will be the amount of Gas Aid in December?
The benefit is equivalent to 100% of the national average price of a 13kg gas cylinder, reaching R$ 106 in October. The installment for December is expected to be close to the value of the last payment.
However, it is important to note that in 2024, the scenario will be different, since the government will only provide half the amount of the national average. In other words, given this reduction, it is essential to start planning financially to deal with the reduction in benefits next year.
