The Desenrola Brasil program has become one of the most popular government initiatives, with the mission of helping Brazilians in debt and in default.

At this stage, millions of citizens have the opportunity to renegotiate their debts, as long as they do not exceed R$5,000. The process began with the “debt auction,” in which companies acquired these debts at substantial discounts, guaranteed by the Operations Guarantee Fund (FGO), which made more than R$8 billion available.

After the auction, defaulters can renegotiate their debts through an official Federal Government platform. This involves registering on the platform, checking the debts registered in their names and choosing the best payment options.

The New Mandatory Requirement of Desenrola Brasil

Now, we come to the mandatory requirement that causes confusion among those interested in the Desenrola Brasil program: the Gov.br Gold Level account. To participate in the program and renegotiate your debts, it is essential to register in the Gov.br system and achieve the Gold Level reliability seal.

The Gov.br system is used not only for registration on Desenrola Brasil, but also to access various services of Federal Government, such as issuing invoices, SUS application, Enem registration and participation in SiSu, among others.

How to Fulfill the Mandatory Requirement?

Here is a step-by-step guide to registering with Gov.br and meeting the mandatory requirement for Desenrola Brasil:

1. Access the website by clicking HERE.
2. Click on “Create Gov.br account”.
3. Fill in your CPF and enter all the information requested by the platform.
4. Create an access password.
5. Log in with your CPF and the newly created password.
6. The first time you log in, your account will be ranked “Bronze”.
7. From the website menu, choose “Privacy”.
8. Click on “Manage Trust Seal List”.
9. Select “Manage Trust Seal List” highlighted in blue.
10. Click on “authorize”, after reading all the information.
11. At this point, you will be redirected to a page about the Silver and Gold seals. Choose one of the alternatives for validation (Registration via Sigepe, biometric validation or registration with internet banking).

After completing the validation, you will receive the Silver seal. To obtain the Gold seal, follow the same process, choosing between Biometric Validation, photo upload and digital certificate.
